Return & Exchange Policy
Each custom puffer jacket is made to order and personalized to your specifications, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product. Please review the details below before placing your order:

✅ Order Accuracy: Before production begins, you’ll receive a proof for approval. One round of edits is included to ensure all details are correct. Once approved, the design is final, and no further changes can be made.

✅ Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a jacket with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (such as incorrect name, number, or logo), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or necessary corrections.

✅ Sizing Issues: Since each jacket is custom-made, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size chart before ordering to ensure the perfect fit. If you have any sizing questions, feel free to message us before purchasing.
